Competitive amateur golf returns to Palm Beach County this weekend when the Florida State Golf Association Mid-Amateur Four-Ball Championship (South) is contested September 12–13 at Boca Woods Country Club’s Woods Course in Boca Raton.
The championship uses the four-ball format, commonly known as two-person best ball, in which each team counts the lower score of its two players on each hole.
The event adds another significant competitive-golf weekend to Palm Beach County’s September calendar.
Palm Beach Golf Radio will continue following tournaments, players, courses and golf events throughout Palm Beach County.
