The South Florida PGA announced its 2026 Rolex Players of the Year on November 3: Michael Kartrude in the overall section category, Taylor Collins in the women’s category, Justin Hicks in the senior category and Jerry Tucker in the super senior category.
Kartrude, director of golf at Nokosi, earned nearly 2,000 points. The section says his Player of the Year honor also earns him a place in the 2027 Cognizant Classic of the Palm Beaches, providing a direct connection to the area’s PGA TOUR event.
Hicks, an instructor at Stonebridge Country Club, collected 1,390 points in the senior race. Collins finished with 559.67 points, while Tucker earned 625 in the super senior standings.
The awards reflect the section’s season-long points competition. Read the official announcement below for the winners’ season highlights and qualification details.
