Using Palm Beach Golf Radio
Palm Beach Golf Media LLC operates palmbeachgolfradio.com and the Palm Beach Golf Radio Alexa skill. You may use them for lawful personal listening and information. Do not interfere with their operation, impersonate us, or use our name or content to suggest an affiliation we have not confirmed.
News and events
The website offers golf news, event information, and outside links for general information. Details may change. Check an organizer's official information before making plans. Palm Beach Golf Radio is an independent golf information and media source and is not an event sponsor or organizer unless otherwise stated.
Content and intellectual property
Text, images, logos, audio, and other content may be protected by rights held by Palm Beach Golf Radio or others. You may view the site and share links to its pages. These terms do not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use protected content beyond what applicable law allows. Contact us to ask about other uses.
Live audio and Alexa
Listen Live opens a Citrus3-hosted player. The Alexa skill starts the same live stream and supports playback controls; Amazon provides the Alexa platform. The stream currently features classic rock. Availability and audio quality can vary with the stream, device, internet connection, and outside providers. We do not promise uninterrupted playback. Alexa use is also subject to Amazon's terms and settings.
Outside services
Links to event organizers, news sources, social media, the audio player, and other outside services are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. A link does not by itself mean that we sponsor or endorse the linked organization or event.
Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep information useful, but news and event details can become outdated. To the extent permitted by law, the website, skill, and stream are provided as available, without a promise that they will always be accurate, complete, secure, or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Palm Beach Golf Media LLC is not responsible for losses arising from interruptions, inaccuracies, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as our services change. The current version and its effective date will appear here. Florida law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you elsewhere.
